This year, we had a great (and quite rare) surprise in the French South-West: a snowy Christmas. I took a photo of my house under the snow and uploaded it to DA to wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!

At last, I did it. It was a long time I wanted to publish my old artwork (done before 2004) in Elfwood. I found a few time today to do it. They are old but I still like them. I thought to use some of them as background for other pictures, later perhaps. Or perhaps not.

Alas, I could not publish all the paintings. For some of them, the photos I did were too bad or too small. For some other one (especially a couple of still life paintings I love), I took for models photos I found in a magazine, and surely protected by a copyright: I'm not sure that a painting of them is allowed, so...

Nevertheless, I hope you'll like these paintings.

Some people begging me to re-do some fairies like those I did a few years ago, mixing watercolours and colour pencils. I did this one, inspired by the horrible weather we have since the beginning of the month... I hope you'll like it.

It doesn't mean that I stopped my serial about "mermaids in danger". I have some other pictures in my mind, I'll do them later. In a first time I must do my Christmas card for this year... alas I don't have any idea for the moment. Your suggestions are welcome

I've heard a few weeks ago a horrible new: nuclear wastes will be bury near my village (I'll probably have to move soon, if I found an fool to buy my house...)

It gave to me the idea of an ecological serial of watercolour paintings, based on the danger of death for the last mermaids, due to pollution and human industrial business. I hope you'll like it.

If someone have some suggestion about an association (or something else) for the protection of the last mermaids, it will be greatly appreciated.

Mauvaise nouvelle apprise il y a quelques semaines: un projet d'enfouissement de déchets nucléaires dans la commune voisine de la nôtre (Je vais probablement devoir déménager... si j'arrive à trouver un imbécile susceptible d'acheter ma maison...)

Ca m'a donné l'idée d'une série d'aquarelles consacrées à l'écologie, basées sur le danger de disparition des dernières sirènes, dû à la pollution et aux activités humaines industrielles. J'espère qu'elle vous plaira.

Et si quelqu'un a des suggestions à faire sur une éventuelle association de défense des dernières sirènes (ou quoi que ce soit d'autre), elles seront les bienvenue.

Hi everybody. I'm back again. I was cut off a month long and then very busy, no time to update my journal

As you can see, I didn't have anytime too to draw or paint anything new. I feel old, now, and cannot find the time to do everything I would like to do: walks, painting, computer, garden, cooking, etc. I hope it will go better in a few months, when I'll stop working.

Nevertheless, I began to do some watercolour paintings. I hope to finish them soon. They will be the first of a serial consecrated to... but it is a secret

Bonjour tout le monde. Je suis de retour. J'ai été privée de connexion durant un mois, puis j'ai été très occupée, pas le temps de remettre à jour mon journal

Comme vous pouvez le constater, je n'ai pas eu non plus le temps pour dessiner ou peindre quoique ce soit de neuf. Je me sens vieille à présent, et je n'arrive plus à trouver le temps de faire tout ce que j'aimerais faire: marcher, peindre, consulter mon PC, jardiner, cuisiner, etc. Cela devrait aller mieux j'espère dans quelques mois, lorsque j'aurai arrêté de travailler.

J'ai néanmoins commencé quelques aquarelles que j'espère finir sous peu. Ce seront les premières d'une série consacrées à un sujet qui me tient à coeur, mais, chut... c'est encore un secret
